The advertised price of 2+1, mezzanine flats was 30,000 TL.
Finally, a 2+1 office in Gayrettepe 53 Apt, one of the most valuable new buildings of Gayrettepe, on Yıldız Posta cd, which is the most valuable location of Gayrettepe, was rented for 60,000 TL, furnished.
The main reason for the noticeable increase in rental prices recently is the acceleration of the urban transformation process.
People who vacate their homes for the purpose of renovating buildings will need a temporary home.
Considering the rental support provided to owners by construction companies and the state, rent payments in the Gayrettepe region become easier.
Another reason for the rental demand is that people move from old buildings to new buildings.
This increase in rents will also be reflected in housing sales prices at the end of the day.
