Real Estate is Sold Together with the Real Estate Owner

At the end of December, I completed an expert survey of one of Gayrettepe's most valuable flats and presented it to the property owner.
The property owner was impressed with my work content throughout the entire process and expressed this.
When I presented my work, the property owner said that his wife's close friend was also a real estate agent and his valuation was about 20% below mine.
(Someone who occasionally has a portfolio in the region.)
When they called me afterwards, they asked if I would work with the relevant real estate agent.
I said that the only healthy way in the real estate profession is to work with a sole authority and I responded negatively to their offer.
I saw the ad in mid-January. Close friends of theirs who are real estate agents placed an ad at a level very close to my valuation and started working.
(There has been no revival in the market in the past period.)
Then I realized again that the human mind generally works irrationally.
Primitive fears and anxieties can dominate the person.
As I adapted Metin Tekin's sentence about football to the real estate sector:
"Real estate is sold together with the real estate owner."
The real estate owner's approach, intention and awareness level are important factors in the positive or negative progress of the process.
