On the Current Housing Demand Level by Region in Beşiktaş..

Housing demand is highest in the Etiler region that I observed.
Demand in Ulus is also at a level similar to Etiler.
In the Gayrettepe region, housing demand is at the lowest level compared to other Beşiktaş regions.
I carry out regular work in the area where new buildings are located in Etiler.
Regular customers come to see the 3+1 flats for sale, which the building officials told me have a price of around 40 million TL.
I never observe a similar customer density in Gayrettepe.
Gayrettepe is an important living space with very valuable qualities.
In my opinion, demand should have been stronger, especially for new buildings.
I have very optimistic expectations for Gayrettepe in the coming period.
