First of all, it is necessary to register the seller in the Webtapu / Foreigners section. For this, you need an e-mail address ending in gmail and a mobile phone registered in Türkiye.
It is necessary to get the current market price from the municipality.
It is necessary to fill out the seller identification form and attach a passport photo, and finally a wet signature.
A courthouse-approved translator in the language spoken by the seller must also be present at the sale.
It is necessary to obtain the current tax number from the digital tax office.
It is necessary to specify an address where the seller is located in Turkey as his/her residence address during the application process.
It is necessary to make the official application by uploading all documents to the webtapu system.
On the day of sale at the land registry, the seller must have his passport and country ID with him.
