I have been in the Beşiktaş region for 6 years and in the real estate sector for 7 years.

Approximately 3.5 years of my real estate activities in Beşiktaş were spent solely in the Gayrettepe region.

For the next 1.5 years, our focus has been on new building apartments, residence apartments, villas, and plaza offices throughout Beşiktaş.

After the sale of a waterfront apartment last year, we have also focused on waterfront apartments, mansions, and estates.

For the past year, we have easily observed that we are one of the real estate offices with the strongest marketing network in Beşiktaş.

Looking at our qualifications, organizational structure, and level of focus, we foresee that our marketing power will generate very valuable assets in the coming period, both domestically and internationally.

Recently, we decided to show interest in the Dubai real estate market. We have prepared our website: dubaigayrimenkul.com.tr

In January, my business partner and I made our first business trip to Dubai.

We will soon be initiating a similar process targeting the London real estate market.

During this time, I have also reviewed the approaches and feedback of the property owners whose properties I have worked with.

The focus real estate segment will be new building apartments, new residence apartments, Class A plaza offices, villas, waterfront apartments, mansions, and estates. Two key principles will guide us in our real estate activities:

Presenting the premium properties we represent to our target buyer base both domestically and internationally.

The other key principle is providing services to our clients with premium commercial and/or residential properties, ensuring their assets are optimally valued and managed in line with their goals.

With our experience, organization, and qualifications, we are confident that we will create attractive value in Beşiktaş by offering strategic real estate asset management and representation services to top-segment investors and managers in the premium residential and Class A plaza office sectors.
