Sharing Experience on My Real Estate Approach.

During the week, I met with the property owner, who contacted me on the internet and said that he had flats for rent in a brand new building in Gayrettepe, and I saw the flats for rent.
When I wanted to measure with a laser meter, he said that there was no need to measure and that the important thing was the impression that the living space would create on the tenant.(?!)
As someone who knows the area closely, the property owner's approach was biased when I told him the pros and cons of the area.
However, the prospective tenant is already aware of (almost) everything.
There was also a noticeable difference between us regarding the rental price.
Since neither the property owner's approach nor the rent expectation met the minimum communication criteria, I thanked him for his interest and left.
The real estate profession is a professional profession with a scientific background, and in my opinion, respect for the profession is an important basis for producing qualified service and value.
