Regarding the General Contents of the Bosphorus Front View Law

I am continuing to negotiate with the property owners to obtain the sale authorization for a despicable mansion on a valuable plot of land in the Etiler district of Beşiktaş.

Since a small portion of the parcel falls within the Bosphorus Front View, the entire development of the parcel is carried out in accordance with the Bosphorus Front View Law, and the sole authority is the Bosphorus Front View Zoning Directorate.

The law briefly states the following:

Urban transformation is impossible on a parcel within the Bosphorus Front View. However, renovation or reinforcement of the building is possible after applying to the relevant authorities and obtaining the necessary permits.
