I wanted to remember and remind "Why do people buy offices and flats?"

 
????For a while, as part of my profession, I have been observing buyer demands for different real estate classes. Directly or indirectly.
 
????Especially in the approach to purchasing a residence or office, people make evaluations (almost) entirely based on mathematics.
 
???? “If I put this money in deposit, how much interest will it earn?”, “Will the prices drop yet, should we wait?” "More attractive places will come up, they are not sold anyway."
 
Of course, money is very valuable for everyone. It is necessary to calculate down to the penny.
 
However, I think it is extremely important to be aware of what we do and why.
 
Real estate purchases are not purchased just to make money or to make money while buying.
 
Why buy an office or flat:
• To avoid paying rent
• Seeking a safe haven by tying money to real estate
• To socialize with local people and update the social environment
• To be close to transportation, work & office
• For the positive contribution of the area and / or building to office commercial activities
• For the comfort area provided by the technical equipment of the building
• To live in a new building or a solid building.
 
I'm sure this list could be extended.
 
Money has a cost, it is true. Either the quality of life.. Or the time spent.
 
????Maybe it's time to get away from everything, take a (very) short break and update the mind. ????????
