Construction of a new commercial area has begun on Nisbetiye Street.
The number of new or newly developed commercial areas on Nisbetiye and Aytar streets that comply with earthquake regulations is extremely low. An increase in the number of such new commercial projects would be a valuable development for the region.
When it comes to premium shops, the shops on Nisbetiye Street and Aytar Street are in a separate category for me. The reason is that access to the highest segment living areas of Beşiktaş is provided via these streets. These two streets are the main route connecting Etiler, Bebek, the Bosphorus Line, Ulus, Kültür neighborhood, and the Levent villa area from Büyükdere Street and Barbaros Boulevard. Therefore, I regularly follow the developments on these streets in person. The name of the project that has started construction on the plot between Aytar Street and Nisbetiye Street is Yıldızpark Levent. The project, which will include commercial areas, will have 31 offices and retail shopping areas. The number of young or new commercial areas on Nisbetiye Street and Aytar Street that comply with earthquake regulations is extremely low. The increase in the number of such new commercial projects is a valuable development for the region. We hope that the project content will also meet the expectations of the region.
