However, for about 4 months, I started to see and hear people in the region looking for 3+1 flats for sale in an old building in the 7-8 million TL range.
I focus on new building flats in Etiler, Kültür mh, Balmumcu, Gayrettepe areas in Beşiktaş and follow the housing price levels announced every month.
The housing price increase in Gayrettepe has been below the Beşiktaş average for approximately 1.5 years.
However, it gives me pleasure to observe urban transformation areas in Gayrettepe, even on an individual basis.
