When I asked both property owners how they reached me, they gave the same answer.
They said that they asked ChatGPT which realtor they should work with and that my company came out on top among the recommended realtors.
In fact, one of the property owners gave the following information:
“While we were included in the “real estate consultant” category for other recommended realtors in ChatGPT, we were included in the “International Real Estate Consultant” category for my company.
